Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. Papertrey Ink offers the finest quality stamps, cards, stationery, papers and other various items. We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from PapertreyInk.com.

  • We accept returns on all products up to 60 days from the order date (please see instructions below for all cardstock returns). The item/items must be unopened and in the original packaging as well as unopened and in the original box. To ensure proper credit, please include a copy of the invoice. Returns may take up to 14 days to be processed. If you should wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us at support@papertreyink.zohodesk.com, the Customer Service Staff will give you the address for your order or partial order. Please note: For returned orders of $1,000 or more, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee as well as the full shipping charge.
  • The Customer is responsible for return shipping on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. We recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until credit is issued. Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days. Please be aware that if you return an item which makes your order total fall below the FREE shipping amount, shipping charges will be added and the remaining balance will be credited to your account.
  • Cardstock Returns

    Although we strive to package every order so that damage does not occur, there may be some instances where items do get damaged. This generally happens due to USPS and UPS mishandling. We do our very best to compensate for this issue, however it is sometimes unavoidable. Please be sure to check over all cardstock and related items before opening the package as we will not be able to offer a return or exchange on any opened merchandise. If you notice that it has been damaged please contact Customer Service at  within 30 days of receiving your order and the Customer Service staff will instruct you on how to proceed. All issues will be handled on a case by case basis.
  • Stamp Set Returns

    If you would like to return a stamp set for any reason, feel free to send it back to us as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging. All returned stamp sets must be received in sellable condition. If the stamp set arrives and it has been damaged, please be aware that a fee of $2.50 will be assessed for repackaging. ***We strongly recommend using a box for all stamp set returns.   • Exchanges

    If you ordered an item in error or prefer a different product than the one you have received, we ask that you place a separate order for the items that you do want and return the unwanted merchandise for credit. Please contact Customer Service at  if you have any questions.
