Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Papertrey Ink offers the finest quality stamps, cards,
stationery, papers and other various items. We want you to be satisfied with every item
you purchase from PapertreyInk.com. We accept returns on non-personalized products
up to 60 days from delivery date. If you should wish to return an item for any reason,
please contact us at customerservice@papertreyink.com, the Customer Service Staff
will give you the address for your order or partial order. The item must be in its
unopened, original packaging and in its unopened, original box as well as have the
packing slip included for proper credit. The Customer is responsible for return shipping
and insurance on returns, except when defective or mis-shipped products are sent. We
recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until credit
is issued. Refunds will be issued upon return of the product in good condition and
should appear on your credit card statement within 7 to 14 days. Please be aware that
if you return an item which makes your order total fall below the FREE shipping amount,
shipping charges will be added and the remaining balance will be credited to your
account.

Out of Stock Items
If you try to add an item to your cart and you get a message saying "The (Out of Stock
Item) is not currently available. Please contact us for availability of this item", please
