**International Order Shipping Update**
Due to the increased shipping costs, the following discounts will be applied AFTER
you order has been placed:
Any International that totals $100 or more before shipping will receive a $10 credit.
Any International that totals $200 or more before shipping will receive a $20 credit.
Please remember that these credits will not be applied during the checkout process,
the adjustment will be made once the order has been downloaded and processed.

We have eliminated First-Class International as a shipping option and now only offer Priority
Mail International Insured. We realize that this may cause an increase in shipping costs to
those of you who prefer First-Class International, but due to our commitment to customer
service we could no longer offer this shipping method.
As many of you may already know, First Class International does not offer tracking or
insurance. We have found that many packages sent using this method do not end up at their
final destination or take much longer than anticipated. In turn, we have no way of researching
where the package is or its status once it leaves our facility. This puts us at a disadvantage
when trying to serve you. In the long run, these types of incidents benefit no one and cause
customer service issues that are unnecessary.
With Priority Mail International we are able to provide tracking information which allows
international customers to track their packages as they travel thousands of miles. The package
will also be insured against damage, loss and other mishaps which can happen during the
order's long international journey. All of these things will be beneficial to everyone and allow us
to provide you with the very best service possible.
We have had many international customers remark that they have found it cost effective to
order with a friend and split the shipping costs. This may be a good solution for those of you
who live close together. Ordering with a friend may also increase the total amount of the order
which in turn may make it eligible for a shipping discount.
