unreliable which leads to customer dissatisfaction. All international shipments are sent
Priority Mail International and include insurance in the event a package is lost or damaged.
As this has significantly increased shipping costs for our international customers, we offer

Any International order that totals $100 or more before shipping, will receive a $10

International Shipping Policy
If you qualify for FREE shipping, please be aware that the shipping method may
change based upon the weight of your package.
If you do not have mail delivery to your home, please be sure to supply BOTH
addresses (one for USPS and one for UPS) when checking out. This will eliminate
the need to contact you in order to obtain the correct address for the shipping
method used. This will also ensure your package is shipped within 24-48 hours.
My Timeless Templates do not count towards FREE shipping.
We reserve the right to ship your package using the least expensive method. At this time all packages are
shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS Ground.

Please be aware that Papertrey Ink releases new products on the 15th of every
month. During that time (15th - 22nd) you may experience a 2-5 day delay in the
shipping of your package.
If you order before the 15th or after the 22nd your order will ship within 24-48
hours during weekdays. If you order during the weekend, your order will be
fulfilled on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Shipping Increase Notification:
Please note that our flat rate shipping price as well as the qualifying amount for FREE
shipping has changed due to significant shipping rate increases by the United States Postal
Service and UPS. The new flat rate shipping price is $6.50 and only applies to the 48
contiguous United States (please see rates below for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As you know, we work very hard to offer
quality products at an affordable price. We consider our ability to offer FREE shipping as well
as reasonable shipping rates to be extremely important in our effort to offer value to our
customers. Therefore, we have only raised the qualifying amount for FREE shipping by
$5.00 which makes the total qualifying amount $55.00. If you have any questions regarding
